Budiyanto Darmastono
President Director
Indonesian citizen. He has been serving as the President Director of the Company since 2018. He is currently serves as President Commissioner of PT Solid Logistics (2010-present) and President Director of PT Sinergi Layanan Integrasi (2005-present). Previously he served as Director of the Company (2014-2018), President Director of PT Nusantara Card Semesta (1994-2012), and Financial Controller at PT Diners Jaya Indonesia International (1990-1994). He holds a Diploma in Accounting from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia in 1990 and a Bachelor of Accounting from the Jakarta College of Economics, Indonesia in 2000.
Lim Su Hwei
Director
Malaysian citizen, appointed as Director of the Company since February 2024. Serves as Director and Audit Chairman of Magma Group Berhad (2023- present), Senior Advisory and Investor Relations Manager of GDEX Berhad (2018- present), Director of PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk (2019-2021), Financial Controller of YC Capital Sdn. Bhd. (2017-2018), Senior Financial Analyst of Schlumberger Business Support Hub (2013-2017), and Senior Audit Associate of KPMG (2010-2013). She holds a Bachelor of Business degree (Accounting/Banking and Finance) at Victoria University, Australia, and holds Certified Public Accountant (Australia) and Chartered Accountant (Malaysia).
